In this newsletter I thought I would give you a few little magic tools to help you attract to you what your heart desires.

It is not difficult to have what you want but there are a few steps that you must follow diligently to make it happen.

The first thing to note is that if what you want and what is in alignment with your blueprint (your unconscious patterns of behaviour this life time) are not paired then it may be difficult to manifest. With repetition you would finally get your desire but it may not be serving your highest vision of your self. Basically that is the vision you came here to discover.

You will know you are on the right track because as soon as you start doing the following exercises things on the outside world will start to change quite quickly.

Here's what you do:
First realize what it is you really would like. I hear so many people telling me they don't really know what they want. If this is you, then ask your self what sort of life style you would like:

Who's in your life?
Who are you loving?
Who's loving you?
Are you peaceful?
Are you laughing a lot?
What do you look like, are you in great shape?
Are you healthy?
Is your life nice and easy?
Where are you living?
What are you living in?
What are you driving?
What are your holidays like?
Are you connected to people?
Do you have great relationships?
Are you doing what you love?

When you give some time to questions like these above you will start to see who you are and what makes you tick. Your naturalness will start to show itself to you and you will see what you love to do. It may take some time to really find what you love so don't fret if you are not crystal clear at first.

So when doing the following exercises, don't worry if you are not exactly clear about what your vocation is, just see how you are living, and know in your heart that for you to be living in harmony, you must therefore be doing what you love to do, even if you don't know what that is just yet.

The most important part of this whole exercise is that you must be at peace when you do it, so make sure you are relaxed and that your mind is not buzzing around thinking of what you have to do later.

The easiest way to get your mind to settle is to focus on your body, it is always happening now. So you would say to your self, what am I looking at? What am I smelling? What is the temperature around me? What can I taste in my mouth? How am I sat or stood? What is happening now?

This awareness of your self and this moment drops any energy you have on your thoughts to this moment, and if there is no energy going to your thoughts then basically they have (your thoughts) no power and will after a small time drop away, they will not disappear but they won't have any control over you, cos your attention is not on them.

Now as you can imagine it is not easy to stay present all the time but it is worth the effort cos with time your whole system will balance and move into peace.

So now that you are relaxed and at peace and you know what you would like to bring to you, this is what you do:

Close your eyes, and imagine that you have a big movie screen in front of you, see the screen with a frame around it, and imagine that you are the star of this movie that you are about to watch. You are not only the star, you are the director and the producer, which gives you unlimited scope as to what you will produce.

Lets imagine you would like better health, then on your screen you would see your self in perfect health, you would see your self looking amazing and having lots of energy. You would see lots of people around you congratulating you on how healthy you are, also the sounds you would be hearing would be so positive. There would be cheers and shouts of joy as people see you looking so good, you would be feeling amazing, 1. because you are so healthy and 2. because of all the praise you are getting.

Here's a very important point, you must be feeling exactly as you would feel if you had what it is you are visualizing. Remember your brain doesn't know the difference between what it sees in the outer world or what it imagines on the inner, it just follows the instructions.

So if you are seeing positive things in your inner world, your body and the outer world will follow suit.

To explain exactly how it works would take a lot more explanation, so for now, just take my word for it that everything everywhere is connected and so when you see in your inner world a positive way of being for your self, and you see it often enough, and you have the feeling that it is real now, the outer world rearranges itself to accommodate the new vision.

Easy really, you just got to do it regular and do not entertain "HOW"? That simply means that you give no energy at all to wondering how it will work, you just do the visualization everyday for 5 to 10 minutes with the feeling that you already have it and then get on with your life as you would, always knowing in the back of your mind that your dream is coming to you.

Now that you have your self on the screen and you are feeling the emotion that you have it already, then imagine walking into the screen and merging with the person you are seeing on the screen. You will feel great as you merge with this new self. Feel how good you feel in your whole body as you step into this new you.

You can use this above little tool to bring anything to you, I recommend that you don't focus so much on things you would like in the outer world, although there is nothing wrong with that, but rather focus on qualities of being you would like to have, like feeling free to express your self fully, or feeling love and gratitude for life, or feeling abundant, happy, healthy. etc.

A big misconception is that we need to go and get stuff in the world to feel a particular way and this is not the case at all, we have the ability to feel anyway we choose and when we do, the outer world responds accordingly. So if you feel happy on the inside for long enough, reality will show up more and more to show you that you are happy.

People tend to wait for something on the outside to happen before they allow them selves to be happy but that means they are living as victims. We can be happy now, we just have to put the effort in, same as anything worth having in life.
