Anup is
a remarkable life coach with a wonderful approach to life
that allows us to look at our own lives with a sense of
humour and be totally objective in it. He enabled me
to laugh at my own weaknesses and strengths, and
accept myself for whom I am, and also "not accept myself"

me what I already believed in - that of always "being in
the moment" and to stop judging myself. I can't
